Ticket Types

Ticket type is the motivation of ticket creation, the way which TOL could be modified if needed:

  1. defect : a problem that must be solved, some function that doesn't work fine, a description that is not intelligible or is wrong.
  2. enhancement : any proposal of enhance or extend, any TOL behaviour that is working as expected but could be faster or smarter, etc.
  3. task : when a defect or enhancement requieres a complex treatment it should be divided into a set of independent tasks.
  4. doubt : any doubt, query or comment about any theme related to TOL using, reporting for a posible problem, asking for a trick to solve a problem or if exist a function for doing something, etc. You can propose a problem that you have solved previously and share your solution with other TOL users.
