Currently, TOL have a good collection of GSL and AlgLib scalar univariate interpolation methods but no one on higher dimensions. A good bidimensional method is specially required, although methods on higher dimensions will be also wellcome. AlgLib has methods which uses bidimensional splines. Other important class of methods are meshless interpolation.
