Owner: changed from danirus to manuelb

As it is an acronym, I say TOL seems the correct option.
Therefore, TOLBase seems better that Tolbase, TolBase or TOLbase.
Also, there are less corrections to do ;-)

If anyone disagrees with this decission, please feel free to let me know!
