Description

When runnig the test Tests/matprod/partest.tol from tolbase it fails:

ERROR: [1] ServerPing: invalid command name "::tolclient::server_ping"

is executed from tolsh it works as expected.

(In [3783]) fixes #1319, on windows some sockets are opened even when there is nobody listing on that port.
