The test tol_tests/tol/NameBlock/test_006/test.tol seems to be not working as expected, the resulting quality is 0.

Es un error ya conocido que no es fácil de arreglar pero que tampoco molesta demasiado.
Cuando se devuelve un NameBlock local desde una función el FullName no funciona bien pues añade los nombres locales.

Se mueve el test a known_bugs
