Description

When the capital letters are blocked, the Ctrl+(any letter) options don't work. It
can be due to capital letters aren't understood after the Ctrl button.

Fixed small bug, when "Control + key", with the key in capital letters is used.
The error has been corrected so much in the text editors like in the tables.
