Description

Para unificar los contribs de 32bits y 64bits de MINGW se requiere compilar BLAS/LAPACK que incluye también LAPACKE.

(In [7073]) closes #1897, mingw 32 bits tambien usa lapacke en lugar de clapack, actualizar los contribs desde ​http://packages.tol-project.org/win32/development/toldevel-rtools-m32.exe
