Se solicita preparar el proyecto "vbtol" para ser compilado con MinGW.

Se modifica el código para incorpora rlas diferencias entre los dos compiladores en Windows.

Se revisan las opciones de compilación y se incoporpora en CMAKE_SHARED_LINKER_FLAGS las necesarias para la librería de vbtol.
