Object inspector can't remember the width of the columns

Description

Hi,

if you close TOLBase after adjusting the width of the columns of the elements in
the object inpector, the next time you open TOLBase it can't show the width you
had fixed.

The inspector of objects to review itself more ahead. When one becomes that
revision will introduce this improvement.
