BDT File needs to finish with an empty line

Description

When I include a BDT file in which the last line contains a row of data, this last line is discarded and no warning message is given.
Maybe if the format of BDT File forces to have an empty last line, a message should be shown warning the user to "correct" its BDT File, instead he won't be aware that the last line has been discarded.

Next binaries of 1.1.5 and 1.1.6 will bring this change.
