Markers in graphs

Description

Wish:
Add to the graph options menu:

Axis -> X, X2, Y, Y2 -> Marker -> Marker

Add option "From" to the existing "Each" and "In", default value to 0.

Example:

"Show marks every 5, beginning from 3" will show markers in 3, 8, 13, 18...
