En la versión TolBase 4-1.1.1 se ha cambiado de nombre a la función RationExpand,
por la de RatioExpand,

Compatiblity problems with older Tol code requires that RatioExpand and
SetOfRatio functions change their name to RationExpand and SetOfRation.
There is a solution implemented in CVS repository.

funciones RatioExpand y SetOfRatio cambien su nombre por RationExpand y
SetOfRation respectivamente.
