La variable Real MinOutlierLikelyhood no esta implementada en las últimas
versiones. Parámetro necesario para iniciar el AIA.

Aclaro esta variable Real no se puede modificar desde TOL.

MinOutlierLikelyhood has been added to Real type Tol Global variable initialization
procedure. (InitInstances of BGraContens<BDat> in datgra.cpp)
I don't know why this variable had disappeared.
