I propose to create the next components for TOL product bugs reporting about
maths related problems:

Math General maths
Math_LinAlg Linear algebra
Math_Opt Both linear an non linear optimization
Math_Stat General statistics
Math_Stat_Bayesian Bayesian statistics
Math_Stat_PrDist Probability distribution functions (density, ...)
Math_Stat_ARIMA ARIMA models (instead of Estimate)

Hi, Victor.

I think there may be too many components just for TOL with the new ones you
propose.

There are currently 17 components in the TOL product, if we add the proposed
components the list would be almost unusable: 24 elements. Imagine if someone
else comes with another seven components? And so on!

It is best to keep a short but clear list of possible components from a
product instead of a more realistic one, becouse tol users wouldn't know where
to locate a bug!

I think we rather keep an eye on tol's bugzilla growing and act in
consecuence. If Math_Stat_ARIMA seems to be necessary, then a new component
can be created to keep track of that specific thread, becouse then we are sure
it is important enough.
