Splash decides not to die

Description

Tolbase splash remains till the TolBase application is destroyed whereas it should only last during initialisation time.

This happens with modern versions of TolBase.

It does not happen with sadds as old as 4th July 2006.

In our present versions that problem does not happen. Could you say us the number of build of the version in where happens the problem watching the option help about?
