TolBase 1.1.5 Installation

Description

In order to use TolBase 1.1.5 for first time,
one must install and execute TolBase 1.1.4 one time at least!!
Why?

By the way, current version of TolBase 1.1.6
(the Experimental Developer Release) can’t be installed:
the installer is corrupted or incomplete.

The problem in TolBase 1.1.5 is known already, but we don't know the reason and it's almost imposible to debug it because debugger mode works fine, in the same way that TolBase 1.1.6 in release mode, that is now available in repository.
