Description

Description for certain funcions, ex. TclTabulateMatrix, are missing.
One just get the reference to the definition function file.

This problem is related to a fail in OIS due to if you delete your image of InitLibrary (in v.1.1.5) or StdLib (in v.1.1.6) description is again available.

We are working about this bug but is no prioritary.
